New England Teamsters and Trucking Industry Pension Fund
The New England Teamsters Pension Fund was established in 1958 to provide income in retirement to eligible participants.
In retirement, the Fund pays monthly benefits to pensioners for their lifetime. Each pensioner has the option to receive an adjusted monthly pension to provide a pension to a spouse in the event the pensioner dies before his/her spouse.

A building materials wholesaler in South Windsor, Connecticut has paid $264,000 in back pay and has rehired 10 workers who lost their jobs in 2008 after they tried to join a union, federal labor officials said today.
The wholesaler, Parksite Group, had been accused of violating several labor laws, by refusing to recognize and bargain with the union, and by getting rid of the workers who supported unionizing efforts.

All of the mechanics, dispatchers and clerks throughout the New Hampshire-based First Student locations that are represented by Local 633 are now joining the ranks and have become among the areas newest Teamsters.
David W. Laughton, Secretary-Treasurer of Teamsters Local 633, said, "We are thrilled to now have wall to wall Teamster representation in these locations throughout New Hampshire."
